01 · About

How I got here.

I started in product the long way around. Three years co-founding two parallel B2B SaaS ventures: Legex, an AI legaltech that scaled to $120K+ in revenue and made it to the final interview round of Y Combinator W19, and Inbooks, a B2B fintech (bookkeeping + in-house CFO services) that scaled to 50+ paying businesses and $50K+ in revenue within 6 months while I owned pricing, packaging, and a 10 to 15% revenue-share partner program. Legex was acquired in March 2022, and I joined Fitterfly that May to do product work full-time.

Today I lead partnership products in the preventive care division at PB Health, the $218M-funded healthcare venture of Policybazaar (India's largest insurance aggregator), after PB Health acquired Fitterfly in August 2025. I spend most days at the seam between an insurance ecosystem and a digital-health product: shipping onboarding flows that move conversion, integrating chronic-disease programs into partner journeys, and looking for the smallest change that unlocks the largest outcome. On the side I'm building InboxLens, a Gmail tracking and AI compose toolkit. I'm a builder who's comfortable in a PRD, a Figma file, and a codebase, and I think the best PMs are the ones who can hold the whole stack in their head at once.

$218M-funded healthcare venture of Policybazaar (India's largest insurance aggregator); PB Fintech group

    Aug 2025Present

Building India's preventive-first integrated care ecosystem; PB Health acquired Fitterfly in Aug 2025.

    • Own the commercial layer of partnership products: monthly revenue scaled from $36K to $60K in 2 months (67% growth) by redesigning partner onboarding, repricing the upsell flow, and tightening integrations.
    • Lead multi-stakeholder enterprise rollouts across 6 partners: HDFC, Aditya Birla Health Insurance (ABHI), Star Health, PharmEasy, Docprime, and Policybazaar. Configurable per-partner onboarding flows, joint commercials, and shared retention metrics.
    • Lifted user onboarding conversion by 30% through ops-process redesign and communication-flow overhaul; defended the revenue case to senior leadership before engineering build started.
    • Drive lifecycle engagement and retention via MoEngage and CleverTap: notification orchestration, segmentation, and behavioural cohorting.
    • Integrate Fitterfly's chronic-disease management programs (diabetes, obesity, cardiac) into PB Health's wider insurance and digital-health ecosystem.

    • Led design and 0-to-1 launch of the DTx (Digital Therapeutics) backend platform, a configurable workflow product across 4 internal stakeholder roles; reduced coach handling time by 50%.
