01 · About

How I got here.

I came to product the long way, co-founding two B2B SaaS ventures from zero in parallel. Inbooks was a B2B fintech (bookkeeping plus in-house CFO services) that reached 50+ paying businesses and $50K+ in revenue within 6 months, while I owned pricing, packaging, and a 10 to 15% revenue-share partner program. Legex was an AI legaltech: a semantic search engine over Indian case law that cut research time by 2.5 days per case, scaled to $120K+ in revenue, and reached the final interview round of Y Combinator W19. Legex was acquired in March 2022, and that May I moved into full-time product work.

Today I lead partnership products at PB Health, the $218M-funded venture of Policybazaar, India's largest insurance aggregator. I spend most days at the seam between an insurance ecosystem and the products built on top of it: shipping onboarding flows that move conversion, wiring programs into partner journeys across insurers like HDFC, Aditya Birla, and Star Health, and looking for the smallest change that unlocks the largest outcome.

I'm also an AI-native builder, not just an AI-curious PM. I ship my own products end to end, from positioning and design through code and deploy, on an AI-first toolchain: Claude Code, Cursor, v0. The proof is live: InboxLens, a Gmail tracking and AI compose toolkit now in private beta, and QR Studio, a free professional QR generator. Both shipped in May 2026.

A PM should be able to hold the PRD, the Figma file, and the codebase in their head at once. I do.

That habit, founder economics plus hands-on build, is what I bring to product work across fintech, payments, insurance, and legaltech.

Building partnership products at the seam between Policybazaar's insurance ecosystem and the care programs delivered on top of it; PB Health acquired Fitterfly in Aug 2025.

    • Own the commercial layer of partnership products: scaled monthly revenue from $36K to $60K in 2 months (67% growth) by repricing the upsell flow, redesigning partner onboarding, and tightening integrations.
    • Lead multi-stakeholder enterprise rollouts across 6 partners (HDFC, Aditya Birla Health Insurance, Star Health, PharmEasy, Docprime, Policybazaar) with configurable onboarding, joint commercials, and shared retention metrics.
    • Lifted user onboarding conversion by 30% through ops-process redesign and a communication-flow overhaul; defended the revenue case to senior leadership before engineering build started.
  2. BeyondChats · Product Advisor & Mentor

$48K+ Store revenue in 6 mos
    10K+ policyholders onboarded monthly
    50% coach handling time cut

Configurable B2B SaaS sold largely through insurers, with multi-stakeholder rollouts (insurers, employers, end-users, coaches) and an insurance-led acquisition channel.

    • Launched the in-app Store MVP, Fitterfly's first direct-purchase surface: pricing and packaging across 4 program tiers; $48K+ in revenue within 6 months of rollout with coach-led ARR held flat.
    • Designed Jedi, Fitterfly's in-app AI chatbot fielding nutrition and app-support queries across the whole user base: conversation flows, intent routing, fallback, and escalation paths; cut support load and improved time-to-answer.
    • Ran Jedi's eval loop on a golden set of 1,000+ labelled conversations, tuning the rubric weekly with coaches and clinicians; tracked accuracy, regenerate rate, and cost per conversation as first-class KPIs.

    • Co-founded and led Inbooks as PM, a B2B fintech (bookkeeping + in-house CFO services) with partner-led distribution at a 10 to 15% revenue share. Owned pricing, packaging, and build-vs-buy; scaled to 50+ paying businesses and $50K+ revenue in 6 months.
    • Co-led product on Legex, an AI-powered legal search engine (semantic search and ranking over Indian case law and statutes): cut research time by 2.5 days per case and bootstrapped to $120K+ revenue within 24 months at 3% MoM MRR growth.
    • Ran weekly graded-pair evaluation cycles with practising lawyers to tune Legex's relevance ranking, keeping the eval rubric part of the product cadence.
